Last Sunday, our Men's Artistic team took part in the Grades Series 2 and Scottish Floor and Vault Competition in Perth.
In the floor and vault competition, The Club saw personal bests for both Aidan Bruce and Joe Dickinson coming 1st and 3rd.
In the Grades comp we had some excellent scores showing a brilliant improvement for Jack Finnigan, Ben Sharpe and Josh Talbot-Heigh against scores achieved in the Series 1 competition this year and last. In his first entry to the Grades Series, Rowen Anderson competed as our highest level MA comp entry to date including our first competitive performance on Rings.
This year, the boys set a target of entering the Series Two competition having entered up to Series One previously. Having achieved this target, and made significant improvements to the scores over the last few months is testament to their hard work and determination. The focus now moved to the Club Championships this Sunday where they can showcase their skills, test some new skills in competition and engage in friendly team rivalry.
