IGC coaches and gymnasts are teeming with pride after a successful weekend at the Scottish Gymnastics Regional and National Grades in Perth!
Well done to our grade 4 girls Catriona, Eve and Leona, and our grade 3 girls Kathryn, Mairi and Grace for all passing with commended or distinction 🌟 All girls were strong all-around with Catriona for placing 5th on Range and Conditioning, and Eve 5th on beam (with a massive 128 in their category), and Grace placing 7th on vault! It was great to have the 3 highland clubs in the same round today! Congratulations to the girls form Fyrish and Caithness for their successes. The Grades competition has been a fantastic benchmark to demonstrate the year on year development of gymnastics across the Highlands with our gymnasts now on par with larger central belt clubs and programmes.
