At the start of the month, Olympic and Commonwealth medalists were among the competitors at the Scottish Artistic Championships. For those who had the opportunity to watch the event, it was a fantastic competition with two days of high performance and aspiring routines across all men's and women's equipment.
But for IGC gymnast Ava MacInnes, there was an added bonus - Ava was asked by the event organisers to help present the gold and silver medals in both the morning and the afternoon sessions.
Ava was delighted when she got asked to help present the medals for the Scottish Gymmastics competition.
Well done Ava - keep working hard and hopefully it will be you on the podium one day.
