CLASS SCHEDULE
IGC currently operates 45 sessions across four venues, catering for a range of abilities and gymnastics disciplines. All IGC sessions are delivered by our team of UKCC qualified Level 1, 2 and 3 coaches alongised volunteer helpers and experienced senior gymnasts. Our full timetable of weekly activity is listed in the table below. This is complimented with a range of school holiday programmes and in-service day classes throughout the year.
Due to the high level of demand for spaces, all classes running in Inverness are filled from our waiting lists. To add your child to the waiting list, please click here. Please note that all waiting lists operate by age group and not for each individual class below. If you are offered a class that does not suit, you will remain at the top of the list for the next available space.
BABYGYM CLASSES
Baby Gymnastics is a fun, welcoming class allowing parents and their baby to enjoy some uninterrupted time together. Encouraging baby to experience different movement patterns aids their development and is fundamental to all learning.
Our classes offer a perfect opportunity for parents and carers to enjoy playing with their baby, and also an opportunity to meet other parents and babies. Through a mixture of music, songs and rhymes, we encourage some gentle activities together at the start of the class. This leads on to free play, where there are a variety of exercise stations designed to stimulate baby in different ways. Exploration of visual, auditory and tactile senses, encouraging motor development (crawling/climbing), rolling and standing all offer opportunities for parents to reinforce baby’s learning, and to interact with other families. A cool down session including cuddles, songs and bubbles finishes the session off nicely, and parents often leave with new ideas of activities to try at home, and feeling refreshed having had a change of scene.

CLUB FEES
At Inverness Gymnastics Club, we work hard to deliver our programme of classes in an affordable manner. As a not-for-profit organisation, our fees are set in order to meet the cost of hall hire, coaching and equipment provision. Fees are determined and approved by our Trustees and Senior Club Management Team each year. The 2022/23 fees are noted below.
